Welcome to Spoke. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Spoke fleet tracking console, APIs, and associated micro-mobility logistics software.

1. Account Registration and Access

To use the Spoke operator dashboard, you must register a valid corporate account. You are solely responsible for maintaining security credentials, API keys, and dispatcher session tokens.

2. Data Collection and Telemetry

Spoke processes high-frequency coordinate tracking and CAN bus telemetry logs sent from your electric bicycles. You warrant that all couriers and rider employees have consented to location tracking in accordance with regional traffic regulations.

3. Service SLA & Maintenance

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our dispatch systems and API endpoints. Maintenance schedules are announced in advance, during low-activity hours.

4. Limitation of Liability

Spoke provides routing suggestions based on real-time data but is not liable for transport delays, traffic accidents, battery failures, or local parking violations incurred by couriers.
