At Spoke, we prioritize the privacy and security of telemetry tracking, coordinates, and courier credentials. This policy details how location information is captured, logged, and managed.

1. Data Captured

When utilizing our platform, we capture high-frequency coordinate changes, bike speeds, battery voltage logs, and error telemetry flags. This data is used solely to optimize dispatch routes and fleet health.

2. Location Tracking and Consents

We process device location logs only when couriers actively launch active delivery shifts. We do not track rider coordinates when couriers are toggled offline or outside operation shifts.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

Active telemetry coordinate logs are pruned after 30 days unless aggregated for operational reports. We never sell, exchange, or share dispatch data with third-party advertising companies.

4. Information Security

All websocket payloads and database streams are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standard encryption.
