How does charging work?
You don't need to worry about charging. Pick up a fully charged bike from a Spoke depot in the morning, complete your shifts, and return it at the end of the work day. We handle all overnight charging, cleaning, and checks so your bike is always ready.
What happens if the e-bike breaks down?
Our operations team has you covered. Normal wear and tear, brake tuning, chain adjustments, and flat tires are repaired for free at any Spoke depot. For major issues on the road, we will dispatch assistance or swap your vehicle.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No cash deposit is required. We verify your identity, driver's license or valid ID card, and courier profile settings before releasing the bike to ensure security.
When and how do I receive my payouts?
Earnings from customers matching via the Spoke App are accumulated throughout the week. Payouts are directly deposited into your linked Nigerian bank account every Tuesday morning.
